- • Company registration documents with latest share register and share certificate (for Pty Ltd and Ltd signed by Company Secretary or Auditor)
- • Locality proof: municipality bill or local councillor letter (not older than 3 months), or municipality bill with lease agreement if lessee, or municipality bill in bidder/owner name if owner
- • Local content and production documentation if applicable (completed annexures c, d & e, exemption letter from DTIC, letter from manufacturer)
- • Electronic submission in PDF format protected from modifications
- • Separate financial/pricing information from technical/functional response
- • Armscor Security registration
- • Bidder's Disclosure and Declaration forms completed
