JRA seeks a service provider for fire assessment, services, repairs and installation at all JRA sites. Bidder must have CIDB Grade 2SF minimum, SANS 1475 permit, fire technician and SHE officer qualifications, tax compliance, CSD registration, and BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.

- • Completed JRA pricing schedule (MBD 3.1)
- • Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable)
- • Not blacklisted by National Treasury
- • Company registration copy
- • Certified ID copies of all directors
- • Proof of municipal rates and taxes payment (not in arrears more than 3 months)
- • BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (or EME letter from registered auditor if applicable)
- • Not in service of the state
- • Not re-typed bid forms
