Every few hours we pull new tenders from National Treasury and provincial portals. We extract the eligibility requirements, CIDB grade, BBBEE minimums, compulsory certifications.

Is there a free version?

Yes. The free plan gives you a weekly email digest of up to 6 eligibility-matched tenders, forever, with no payment method required. Upgrade to Pro for same-day daily alerts, all your matches, closing-deadline reminders, and saved tenders.

Why upgrade to Pro if the free plan exists?

Timing. The free plan sends one digest a week, and only once a tender has been live for a day. Many RFQs close within 3–7 days of being published, so by the time the Monday digest lands, some are already closed and you've missed the window. Pro alerts you the same day a matching tender is published, so you have time to prepare and submit a bid. Pro also unlocks all your matches (not just 6 a week), closing-deadline reminders, and saved tenders.

What is eligibility matching?

When you set up your profile, you tell us your CIDB contractor grade, BBBEE level, and any sector certifications you hold. We check every new tender against those criteria and only include the ones you actually qualify for. You stop wasting time on tenders you can't win.

Where does the tender data come from?

We aggregate data from the National Treasury eTenders OCDS API, provincial government procurement portals, and municipal procurement notices. Data is updated every 2–4 hours throughout the day.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, at any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No penalties, no questions.
