- • Ability to obtain minimum 2 comparable airline quotations (domestic and international)
- • Ability to obtain minimum 3 comparable car rental quotations
- • Accommodation bookings at 3-4 star rated hotels/guest houses
- • After-hours services Monday-Friday and 24-hour weekend/public holiday coverage
- • Reference letters from government clients (minimum 1, preferred 5+, not older than 6 years)
- • Staff CVs and proof of qualifications
- • Detailed methodology covering after-hours services, communication, office management, response time, and account management
- • MBD 4 (Declaration of Interest) completion
- • MBD 8 (Declaration of Past Supply Chain Management Practices) completion
- • MBD 9 (Certificate of Independent Bid Determination) completion
- • Functionality score of 70% or above required
