- • Audited Financial Statements for most recent 3 years (or proof not required by law)
- • Duly signed and completed MBD forms (MBD 1, 4, 5, 8, 9)
- • Three contactable reference letters not older than 5 years for similar work
- • All owners/members/directors/major shareholders must provide Rates and Taxes confirmation
- • Delegation of authority letter if signatory is not director/member/owner/shareholder
- • Completed pricing schedule with all items quoted
- • Joint Venture agreement (if bidding as JV) signed by all parties
