- • Tax Clearance Certificate (for Joint Venture enterprises)
- • Must score minimum 70/100 points in Phase 1 (Functionality) to proceed to Phase 2
- • Not in service of State, Provincial Government or Municipality
- • Must not have failed to perform satisfactorily on previous municipal contracts within last 5 years
- • Must not appear on register/database of defaulters
- • Must not be bankrupt, wound up, or have affairs administered by courts
- • Must not have entered into arrangement with creditors or suspended business activities
