CSOS seeks a service provider for Mimecast email security license renewal and support services (Premium Protection Cloud Gateway plan) for 340–360 mailboxes over three years, including migration from current Cyber Resilience Pro Plan, implementation, quarterly threat analysis, and employee training.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid B-BBEE certificate from accredited SANAS verification agency, or Sworn Affidavit (EME) attested by Commissioner of Oath, or B-BBEE certificate from CIPC
- • Proof of registration on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD summary report or CSD number)
- • Valid tax PIN number or letter
- • Fully completed SBD documents (SBD1, SBD3.3, SBD4, SBD6.1)
- • Mimecast partner status/accreditation (implied by scope requirement for Mimecast licensing and support)
- • Not persons in service of the state or companies with such directors
- • No entity may submit more than one bid directly or indirectly
