Moqhaka Local Municipality seeks a service provider to supply, deliver, install and support antivirus software for 36 months. CSD registration, tax clearance, B-BBEE certificate, and municipal rates compliance are compulsory. Evaluation uses 80/20 preferential points system.

- • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS TCS PIN
- • B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn B-BBEE Affidavit
- • Company Registration Document (CIPC-CK)
- • Identity Documents of Directors (preferably certified, not older than 6 months)
- • Municipal Rates and Taxes Statement or Clearance Certificate (not older than 3 months) or Municipal Form or Lease Agreement
- • CSD Registration Proof
- • Original tender document completed in black pen ink and signed
- • Completed MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD8, MBD9 forms
