- • Minimum three (3) favorable reference letters from previous work
- • Prequalification documents (Stage 0)
- • Technical responses and bidder compliance checklist
- • Comprehensive proposal addressing functionality criteria and scope requirements
- • Evidence of ability to meet scope requirements and deliverables
- • Proof of competency and expertise requirements
- • Pricing schedule
- • Preference point claims documentation
- • Full responsibility for enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure matching specified technical requirements
- • Dedicated production VM and staging/testing environment
- • Minimum 4 vCPUs per VM with dedicated guaranteed compute cores
- • Minimum 8GB dedicated RAM with scalability to 20-24GB
- • High-speed SSD/NVMe storage optimized for PostgreSQL transactions
- • South African data residency (physical servers within South Africa)
- • Fully managed hosting (bidder responsible for maintenance, optimization, infrastructure)
- • Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance
