- • 100% Local Content minimum threshold
- • VAT registration proof (if bid exceeds R2.3 million)
- • Professional CV and qualifications of proposed project team
- • Proof of previous relevant experience
- • Detailed Gantt Chart and project implementation plan
- • Company profile with contact person and team member details
