What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Site Supervisor with minimum 3 years supervisory experience on railway infrastructure, maintenance, painting or similar projects
- • Construction Health and Safety Officer with minimum 3 years industry experience
- • Minimum 3 qualified flagmen per occupied section with railway experience
- • Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993
- • Compliance with Construction Regulations
- • Certified copies of qualifications (commissioner of oath certified, dated within 3 months of closing date)
- • CVs of key personnel (flagman and safety officer)
- • Evidence of successfully completed similar projects in last 5 years (railway infrastructure identification, mast numbering, asset marking, stencilling, painting)
- • MS Project schedule covering 12-week duration with resource allocation and critical path
- • Weekly progress reports
- • Project closure report with snag list
