- • Three valid and signed appointment letters with referral letters from Public Institution (previous experience R600k+)
- • Manufacturer/Supplier letter confirming delivery within stipulated time, new products, 12-month defect liability, and SABS certification
- • Annual Financial Statements for three latest financial years
- • Written confirmation that all clothing will be new (no second-hand)
- • Minimum 70 points on functionality evaluation to proceed
- • 100% local content requirement
- • Tender on all sizes per item
- • Delivery within 6 weeks of appointment letter acceptance
