- • Minimum 3 music festival events coordinated in last 5 years (2022-date)
- • Events Coordinator with project management or events management qualification and minimum 3 years experience
- • Safety Officer SETA accredited NQF Level 5 OHS Certificate and minimum 3 years experience
- • MBD4, MBD8, MBD6.1, MBD9 forms
- • Municipal rates and services certificate for directors/owners/shareholders (not in arrears >90 days) or valid lease agreement or affidavit
- • Certificate of Authority signed by Board of Directors on company letterhead
- • Traceable reference letters with contact details for event coordination experience
- • CVs and certified copies of qualifications for key personnel (compulsory)
- • Detailed methodology proposal covering logistics, safety compliance, artist management
- • CIPC registration certificate or certified RSA identity document of director(s)
- • Proof of KZN province location with utility bill or letter from Induna/Chief/Ward Councillor
