- • Valid B-BBEE Certificate or certified copy from SANAS-accredited agency, or affidavit
- • Current valid CIPC certificate with copies of directors' IDs showing ownership
- • CSD registration report
- • Tax PIN certificate
- • Identity Documents of persons who own, manage and control company
- • Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable)
- • Sub-contracting Agreement (if applicable)
- • Financial information as per paragraph 15.5
- • Technical mandatory bid requirements response
- • Response to functionality criteria (Annexures A and B)
- • Minimum 70 points out of 100 on technical evaluation to proceed to Phase 3
