Mogale City Local Municipality seeks to appoint a registered professional auctioneering service provider for municipal property disposal on an as-needed basis for three years; compulsory briefing required, SAIA membership mandatory.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Attendance and signature at compulsory briefing session (18 August 2026)
- • Valid SAIA (South African Institute of Auctioneers) membership certificate in bidding company name
- • Experience statement in handling Auction Rings (on company letterhead)
- • Municipal Rates and Taxes account not older than 3 months and not in arrears
- • Proof of business address (lease agreement, rental statement, or municipal account)
- • Authority of signatory documentation (if not sole proprietor)
- • MBD forms (1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9) completed in black ink, handwritten
- • Completed pricing schedule
- • CSD Registration Report or Summary Report
- • 2% Corporate Social Responsibility contribution (if based outside Mogale City)
- • Certificate of Independent Bid Determination (MBD 9)
- • Declaration of bidder's past supply chain practices (MBD 8)

THE MOGALE CITY LOCAL MUNICIPALITY WOULD LIKE TO APPOINT A REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER(S) TO PROVIDE AUCTIONEERING SERVICES TO DISPOSE OF MUNICIPAL MOVABLE AND IMMOVABLE PROPERTY ON AN AS AND WHEN REQUIRED BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS.
