About this tender
Johannesburg Metro Bus seeks an independent service provider for supply, maintenance, repairs and training on Certificate of Competency for Euro 5 and Merc 1725 dual fuel buses for 36 months.
Requirements to bid
What you need to qualify for this tender
- • B-BBEE status level verification certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs & QSEs to qualify for preference points)
- • Rates and taxes account not older than 3 months and not more than 90 days in arrears, or lease agreement for company and all directors, or affidavit if no property owned/leased
- • ID copies of shareholders/directors and share certificates (not older than 3 months)
- • JV agreement for joint ventures with separate CSD registration and consolidated B-BBEE certificate
- • Audited annual financial statements for past 3 years (if legally required and bid exceeds R10 million)
- • Completed MBD 1, MBD 4, MBD 6, MBD 8, MBD 9
- • General Conditions of Contract signed
- • Certificate of Independent Bid Determination
- • POPIA consent and acknowledgments
- • Authority of signature
- • Two copies of tender document (one original, one copy) plus soft copy on disk/USB
- • No alterations without initialing/signing by authorized signatory
- • Consortium/JV agreement with signatures from all parties if applicable
- • Name consistency between returnable documents and ID document
