- • VAT registration number
- • Certified copy of ID document
- • BBBEE certification (original or certified copy)
- • Letter of confirmation from local municipality confirming rates and taxes not more than 3 months in arrears
- • Company registration number
- • Quotation validity period
- • Delivery period (7 days from purchase order)
- • Certificate of Independent Bid Determination (Schedule 12)
- • Declaration for Procurement above R10 million (Schedule 3)
- • Resolution by Directors/Members (Schedule 1)
- • Declaration of Interest (Schedule 5)
