- • Detailed Central Supplier Database (CSD) report
- • Confirmation of delivery period
- • Pricing schedule completed with VAT and delivery costs
- • Certificate of authority (company/CC/partnership/JV/sole proprietor as applicable)
- • Enterprise questionnaire
- • If leasing property: lease agreement and signed landlord letter (affidavit not older than 3 months)
- • If residing with family in rates-paid area: affidavit or signed property owner letter confirming no municipal liability (not older than 3 months)
- • Not in service of state or owing rates/services/taxes to municipality for longer than 90 days
- • Not listed on tender defaulters register
- • Declaration of no corruption or fraud
- • Bid validity period: 90 days
- • Price inclusive of VAT
