- • Breach of Law declaration (Returnable T2.2-17) for past 5 years
- • Audited financial statements may be requested for due diligence
- • PPE compliance for site visit (safety shoes, goggles, long-sleeve shirts, high-visibility vests, hard hats)
- • Valid identity documents for access control
