- • Specifications form completed and signed
- • Pricing Schedule completed and signed
- • Declaration of Tenderer completed and signed
- • General Conditions of Contract completed and signed
- • Joint Venture agreement if applicable
- • 80/20 preferential point system evaluation (80 points price, 20 points BEE goals)
