About this tender
SHRA seeks a service provider to develop an Enterprise Architecture (EA) and ICT strategy framework aligned with Government Wide Enterprise Architecture (GWEA) and TOGAF, with a 12-month contract duration and estimated budget not exceeding R50 million.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Compulsory briefing attendance (09 September 2026 at 10h00 via Microsoft Teams)
- • B-BBEE Certificate (Original/Certified copy of valid certificate required) or Letter from Accounting Officer/Auditor or sworn affidavit for EMEs with R10m annual turnover for trusts/consortiums/joint ventures
- • Minimum three (3) contactable reference letters from previous clients on similar services
- • Comprehensive CV (max 2 pages) highlighting relevant experience and qualifications
- • Technical approach document detailing methodology, work plan, team structure, and resource requirements
- • Team details with identified positions and named personnel for direct service delivery
- • Proof of basic office equipment and resources (laptop, internet, landline, own office)
- • Declaration of Interest form
- • Preference Points Claim Form in terms of Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022
- • General Conditions of Contract (all pages initialled)
- • Pricing schedule with all-inclusive costs excluding disbursements and travel details
