About this tender
The Presidency seeks a service provider to redevelop, design, license, host, support and maintain their website for 3 years, including CMS development, secure hosting, and ongoing maintenance with mandatory Microsoft Dynamics 365 Partner Certification and 5 years' web development experience.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Project Manager: minimum 5 years ICT project management experience (website development, CMS platforms like Drupal/WordPress)
- • Project Manager: minimum National Diploma (NQF level 6) or relevant qualification in IT/Computer Science/Software Engineering
- • Bidder: minimum 5 years web development, secure hosting infrastructure management, and SLA maintenance in public sector or corporate environment
- • Reference letters on client letterheads for similar web projects
- • Detailed project plan with Gantt chart, milestones, phases, sprint plans, testing schedules
- • Hosting framework detailing security protocols (SSL, firewalls, POPIA compliance, automated backups)
- • Maintenance schedule with response times for bugs and critical patches
- • All assigned personnel must be South African nationals
- • Prototype/mockup website demonstration
- • Completed Price Schedule (VAT inclusive)
- • Completed and signed SBD 4 (Bidders' disclosure form)
- • ID copies of employees to be assigned and owner(s)
- • CIPC company registration document
- • SARS Tax compliance status or Tax PIN
- • CSD registration or CSD registration number
- • Security screening and vetting of company and all staff (SSA clearance)
- • Explicit documentation of hosting solution interface with SITA infrastructure
- • Infrastructure availability for physical and digital inspection by SSA/SITA
- • Service Level Agreement (SLA) to be signed
- • 90-day validity period for quotation
