- • Data hosted in South Africa or demonstrably POPIA-compliant where hosted elsewhere
- • Support for SCORM / xAPI / AICC compliance for content portability
- • LGSETA-aligned reporting and accredited programme tracking capability
- • WSP / ATR data export functionality
- • Role-based user management (learner, facilitator, content admin, HR admin, system admin)
- • Cohort management across national office, 9 provincial offices, and external cohorts
- • Real-time reporting and analytics dashboards
- • Integration with SALGA's HRIS and Microsoft 365 environment
- • Cloud-hosted with minimal internal IT overhead
- • SCM-compliant pricing model suitable for public sector procurement
- • Flexible licensing model (per-user or tier-based, scalable)
- • Custom branding capability for SALGA corporate identity
- • Administrator and facilitator training included in contract
- • Email and SMS notification capability
- • Marking portal for accredited/moderated programmes
- • Plagiarism detection for accredited marking
