- • Music influenced by cultures of Limpopo (Venda/Pedi/Tsonga) or Botswana or Zimbabwe
- • Minimum 4 years industry experience for maximum points
- • Evidence of at least one album or EP recorded
- • Proof of engagement with audiences of 100+ people
- • Pricing must include transportation costs
- • Minimum 80 points threshold in technical evaluation phase
- • Not in service of state and no state employee connections
