Western Cape Health Department seeks a debt collection service provider for outstanding patient fees and institutional debt across all WC hospitals for a 5-year contract period, evaluated on 80/20 preferential procurement basis.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs & QSEs) must be submitted with completed form WCBD 6.1
- • Proof of applicable experience in debt collecting services to large institutions/organisations (Annexure A: Appendix 1)
- • Detailed information of experience in debt collecting trade with acceptable proof of quality service delivery capability
- • List of present contracts
- • For partnerships/Closed Corporations: affidavit with names, ID numbers and addresses of partners/members; for companies: director information and latest audited financial statements (Annexure A: Appendix 2)
- • Clear indication of envisaged organisational structure, principles, procedures and functions for effective debt collecting service operation (Annexure A: Appendix 3)
- • Established office/branch in Western Cape (preferably Cape Town) for meeting purposes and monthly inspections
- • Original signed bid forms WCBD 1, WCBD 3.1 and WCBD 6.1
- • Bid validity period: 60 days
- • Bid percentage must be quoted inclusive of VAT
