- • Minimum 3 signed reference letters (dated within 1 year, on client letterheads) documenting CX Score and NPS services delivered in last 5 years
- • Company profile demonstrating minimum 5 years CX research experience
- • Valid tax clearance and company registration documents
- • Completed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) and all Annexures
- • Portfolio evidence: minimum 2 case studies of CX Survey Design & Methodology (NPS, CSAT, CES)
- • Portfolio evidence: minimum 2 case studies of Analytics, Reporting & Insight Capability
- • Team capacity: minimum 3 CVs of professional team members with 5+ years experience
- • Full itemized cost breakdown (VAT inclusive) covering survey design, data collection, translations, dashboards, analytics, and closed-loop feedback
- • POPIA compliance and data security commitment
- • Multilingual capability (all 11 official SA languages)
- • Experience in South African retail banking or financial services, including Stokvel or community-based models
