- • Valid Bank solvency letter (required for Phase 3 shortlisted bidders within 7 days)
- • Company Director CV with minimum 5 years events/activations industry experience
- • Events/Account Manager CV with minimum 3 years events/activations industry experience
- • Up to 3 case studies from past 48 months (Tourism/MICE, Non-tourism, MEISEA markets)
- • Reference letters corresponding to case studies on official letterhead with contact details
- • Implementation plan for 2027 Cricket World Cup promotion with creative concepts, KPIs, and measurement framework
- • End-to-end execution strategy including project planning, stakeholder engagement, on-ground delivery, and digital innovation component
- • Minimum 70% score on Phase 2 Technical Evaluation to proceed to Phase 3
