- • Fall protection plan
- • Valid Letter of Good Standing (COIDA or equivalent)
- • Valid medical certificates from OHP (minimum 2)
- • SHE policy signed by CEO/MD compliant with OHS Act Section 7 and OSHAS 18001
- • Appointment letters and competency certificates for SHE personnel
