- • SBD1, SBD4, and SBD6.1 completion
- • CSD supplier registration number
- • Joint Venture/Consortium agreement or Trust Deed (where applicable)
- • Company profile demonstrating experience in records management, sorting, scanning, digitisation, indexing, EDRMS, retention and disposal services
- • Letters of evidence/reference of successful EDRMS implementation
- • Proof of scanning, digitisation, OCR, and indexing capability
- • Evidence of file plan familiarity and understanding
- • Documented indexing methodology with QA controls, policies, procedures, audit quality, reports, training records, accuracy statistics, error logs, and system audit trails
- • Detailed project plan covering sorting, categorisation, scanning, OCR, indexing, EDRMS upload, QA, track-and-trace, and retention/disposal
- • Proof/documentation for specific goals claims (Black Women Owned, Youth, Disabled People, HDSA, Military Veterans)
