- • SBD 1, SBD 3.3, SBD 4, and SBD 6.1 forms must be completed and submitted
- • Written contract (SBD 7) required if successful
- • For consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors: each party must submit separate TCS/PIN/CSD
- • Bids subject to Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act 2000 and Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022
- • Bids subject to General Conditions of Contract (GCC)
