- • Minimum 2 signed reference letters from clients with 12+ months gardening/cleaning services experience
- • Team leader must have Grade 12 certificate (certified copy)
- • Ownership/lease of 1x LDV Bakkie for waste disposal (eNatis registration documents)
- • Ownership/lease of 1x Garden Lawnmower (confirmation letter or purchase/lease agreement)
- • Ownership/lease of 5x Brush cutters (confirmation letters or purchase/lease agreements)
- • Letter of Good Standing from Compensation Fund (COIDA)
- • Public Liability Insurance
- • All SBD forms signed and returned
- • BBBEE certificate (SANAS accredited) OR EME/QSE sworn affidavit with Commissioner of Oaths
- • Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
- • ID copies of company directors
- • Company registration documents (Pty/Trust/CC)
- • Confirmation of SAFCOL Supplier Code of Conduct compliance
