- • Municipal rates certification or valid lease agreement (current as at June 2026)
- • Certified copies of all directors/shareholders/partners IDs (not older than 3 months)
- • Company registration certificate
- • CSD registration report (full, not summary, dated within 30 days of closing)
- • Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN
- • Proof of liability/indemnity insurance (minimum R500,000)
- • Latest three-year comparative audited financial statements (if required by law)
- • MBD 1 form (Invitation to Bid)
- • All MBD declaration forms completed and signed
- • Schedule 1: Resolution of board of directors
- • Schedule 2: Resolution to enter into consortia/JV
- • Schedule 3: Schedule of proposed sub-contractors
- • Schedule 4: Commitments of tenderer
- • Schedule 5: Record of addenda
- • Schedule 6: Compulsory enterprise questionnaire
- • Schedule 7: Certificate for water & lights
- • Schedule 8: Tenderer's experience
