- • Valid COIDA registration from Department of Labour (Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act)
- • Health and safety policy in place upon award
- • Attendance at compulsory briefing session (24 July 2026 at 11:00 am)
- • Valid BBBEE certificate or Sworn Affidavit
- • SBD 4 Bidders Disclosure Form
- • SBD 6.1 Preference points claim form
- • Supervisor with minimum matric qualification and relevant experience
- • Qualified Horticulturist with minimum National Diploma (NQF 6) in Horticulture, Landscaping, or related field
- • Public liability insurance policy on or before effective date
- • Organizational structure with Supervisor, Safety Officer/Rep, and Horticulturist
- • Reference letters from previous clients (minimum 3 recommended for functionality scoring)
