SAPO seeks service providers to transport postmen between mail centres and depots in Northern (Mpumalanga) and KZN regions using 5-7 seater vehicles, requiring 3 years' experience, valid operating licences, insurance coverage, and 95% on-time performance.

- • Vehicle tracking system fitted to all vehicles
- • Vehicles must comply with Road Traffic Legislation
- • All drivers must be professional and identifiable
- • Driver background checks and criminal record checks required
- • Co-branding with Post Office logo required
- • 24/7 availability required
- • Minimum 95% monthly performance level on arrival times
- • Valid vehicle registration certificates for owned vehicles or lease contracts for leased vehicles
- • For subcontracted vehicles: signed contracts with subcontractors
- • Delivery within 14 working days of award letter
- • Cost offering must be all-inclusive per kilometre with fuel, driver, tolls, maintenance, insurance, registration, licensing
- • Fuel adjustment mechanism must be transparent, formula-based and symmetrical
