- • B-BBEE Verification Certificate from SANAS-accredited agency OR EME/QSE sworn affidavit signed by Commissioner of Oaths
- • Minimum of three (3) 6x4 or 6x6 rigid logger body truck tractor with minimum two or three axle logger trailer
- • Minimum three-wheel logger for loading
- • Proof of equipment ownership via ENATIS RC1/LCO documents or purchase proof; lease/rental agreements if equipment is leased
- • All SBD documents signed and submitted
- • Tax clearance certificate or SARS PIN verification
- • Company registration documents (Pty/Trust/CC etc.)
- • ID copies of company directors
- • Quotation on company letterhead
- • Completed rate sheet (Schedule 6) with all pricing fields populated
- • All prices inclusive of VAT
- • Confirmation of understanding and compliance with SAFCOL Supplier Code of Conduct
