RFQ for round log transport services from Hanglip to Timbadola Sawmill (0–90 km, Entabeni plantation, North Region). Service provider must own/lease specified timber transport equipment and hold valid B-BBEE certification or EME/QSE status.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Minimum three (3) 6x4 or 6x6 rigid logger body truck tractor with minimum two or three (3) axle logger trailer
- • Three or more wheel logger for loading
- • Proof of equipment ownership via ENATIS documents (RC1 or LCO) or lease/rental agreement
- • B-BBEE Verification Certificate from SANAS-accredited agency OR EME/QSE sworn affidavit signed by representative and attested by Commissioner of Oaths
- • Latest tax clearance certificate
- • All SBD Forms (Declaration Forms) completed and signed
- • Company registration documents (Pty, Trust, CC, etc.)
- • ID copies of company directors
- • Certificate of Fitness (COF) and licence requirements for all units
- • Completed rate sheet (Schedule 6) with no blank spaces
- • Supplier Code of Conduct acknowledgement
