- • Proof of authority if signing on behalf of company (e.g. company resolution)
- • Proposal submitted in arch lever file (1 original marked 'original', loose-leaf format, 1 copy on USB stick)
- • Sealed hand-delivered proposals with required information on outside and reverse side
- • All documents in English only
