What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Five (5) years warranty letter for all furniture
- • Two (2) reference letters from clients within five years demonstrating furniture manufacturing or supply experience
- • Reference letters must be on client letterhead, signed, with at least one contactable reference
- • Company proposal specifying: high-quality materials and finishes, modern contemporary aesthetic, modular functional ergonomic design, suitable for 8-hour workday, uncluttered and easy to use
- • Delivery within 4 weeks after appointment
- • Furniture lifespan of 8-12 years accounting for fair wear and tear
- • All furniture must be brand new (no second-hand)
- • Prompt after-sales support for variations, queries, and correspondence
- • Immediate replacement of furniture damaged in transit
