What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or accredited partner/reseller of the OEM
- • Must be registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database
- • Must not be listed on National Treasury Register for Tender Defaulters or Database of Restricted Suppliers
- • Tax affairs must be in order
- • Must complete all capability matrices in Sections 6.1 to 6.8 with exactly one option marked for every capability
- • Must provide twelve core information items in Section 7.1 including fully completed capability matrices
- • Must provide respondent details, OEM status confirmation with evidence of authorisation, company capability summary, proposed solution details, functional capability matrices, deployment architecture, integration approach, security and privacy details, scalability information, indicative commercial model, implementation approach, and support approach
- • Invited respondents must participate in mandatory solution demonstration
