- • Recent municipal accounts of all Directors/Shareholders
- • If leasing/renting/lodging: latest valid copy of agreement; if no property registered: affidavit confirming this
- • Prices must be fixed, inclusive of VAT, valid for 120 days
- • Firm delivery period must be indicated
- • Not in service of the state
- • Complete bid documentation required
