- • Valid quotation valid for 120 days from date of offer
- • Fixed prices inclusive of VAT
- • Firm delivery period
- • Completion of Preferential Points claim form (Preferential Procurement Regulations)
- • Declaration of independent proposal determination
- • Certificate for Payment of Municipal Services
- • Declaration of Bidders' past Supply Chain Management Practises
