- • Municipal rates and taxes up to date (not in arrears >90 days)
- • Owners/members/directors/major shareholders municipal rates and taxes up to date
- • Audited Financial Statements for most recent 3 years (or proof exemption)
- • Duly signed MBD forms (MBD 1, 4, 5, 8, 9)
- • 2 or more signed contactable reference letters on client letterhead for similar installation work
- • Manufacturer's warranty of 10 years for water tanks and equipment
- • Certificate of Conformance (CoC) upon project completion
- • Compliance with SANS 1731:2017 for polyethylene water storage tanks
- • Compliance with SANS 10252-P and National Building Regulations
- • Qualified plumbers for plumbing and installation works
- • Joint Venture agreement if bidding as JV (with all required documents for all parties)
