- • Proof of residence certified by Municipal Councillor (for rural areas)
- • Proof of resident certified by traditional council leader (if applicable)
- • Printed copy of SARS Tax Pin
- • For Joint Ventures: CK documents for each member
- • Declaration of Interest (MBD 4) completed
- • Preference Points Claim Form (MBD 6.1) completed
