What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with valid CSD number
- • Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD tax status must be compliant
- • Municipal Account Statement (not older than 3 months, not in arrears >90 days) for bidding company
- • Municipal Account Statement (not older than 3 months, not in arrears >90 days) for all SA-based owners/members/directors/major shareholders
- • Duly signed and completed MBD forms (MBD 1, 4, 5, 8, 9)
- • Authorization letter or delegation of authority if signatory is not director/member/owner/shareholder
- • Audited Financial Statements for most recent three (3) years or from date of establishment if less than three years old
- • Joint Venture agreement (if bidding as JV) signed by all parties
- • Compliance with Animal Protection Act 71 of 1962, Animal Health Act 7 of 2002, Animal Diseases Act 35 of 1984, National Health Act 61 of 2003, Labour Relations Act 66 of 1995
- • Appropriate facilities for animal impounding and isolation
- • Appropriate and approved vehicles and equipment for collection and transportation
- • Access to animal technician or veterinary doctor for emergencies and medications
- • Proof of continuous risk assessment and evaluation as per Occupational Health and Safety Act
- • Branded protective clothing and relevant equipment for personnel
