About this tender
City of Tshwane seeks a contractor to repair the Bon Accord Quarry Crusher and Asphalt Plants, including conveyor belts, weighbridges, chutes, control room, pumps/motors, and emission equipment. CIDB 3ME or higher and prior quarry/asphalt plant repair experience mandatory.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • CIDB Grading of 3ME or higher (valid certificate required)
- • Prior experience in repair of quarry crusher and asphalt plants (at least two or more signed contactable reference letters on company letterhead of similar works)
- • Company Registration Certificate (CIPC)
- • BBBEE Certificate (valid certified copy or sworn affidavit for QSE/EME)
- • Municipal rates and taxes up to date (original/copy of municipal account statement not older than 3 months, not in arrears for more than 90 days)
- • Municipal rates and taxes for all SA-based owners/members/directors/major shareholders up to date
- • Audited Financial Statements for most recent three years (or proof not required by law if applicable)
- • Duly signed and completed MBD forms (MBD 1, 4, 5, 8, 9)
- • CSD registration or Master Registration Number/CSD Number
- • CSD summary report
- • All bid documents completed in black ink with no correction fluid (Tippex)
- • Price corrections must be crossed out in ink and initialled
- • Complete pricing schedule with all items quoted
- • Compulsory briefing session attendance (20 August 2026, 10:00, 355 Frances Street, Bon Accord, Onderstepoort)
