- • Bid documents completed in black ink (handwritten or typed) and signed by authorised signatory
- • All pages of bid document must be initialled by authorised signatory
- • Certificate of Independent Bid Determination (MBD9)
- • Declaration of bidders past supply chain management practices (MBD8)
