About this tender
PRASA seeks a panel of service providers to deliver 24/7 roadside breakdown assistance and recovery services for the LDPT intercity bus fleet (94 buses) across multiple routes nationwide, on an as-and-when-required basis for three years.
Requirements to bid
What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Qualified artisan (with National Automotive Trade Test Certificate) – non-negotiable
- • Breakdown vehicle equipped and operational
- • Capacity to attend to at least one breakdown simultaneously
- • Response time within 1 hour from call (within 50 km) or 80 km/h travel time (beyond 50 km)
- • 7 days/week, 365 days/year availability
- • Coverage of allocated LDPT route and specified distance
- • Standby cell phone number provided to LDPT
- • Mechanical, coach body, and auto-electrical repair capability
- • Repair Job Card system for each breakdown
- • Valid TCS PIN or CSD registration
- • 60 working days bid validity period
- • Not a person in service of the state
