RFQ for Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental (OHSE) Agent Services to manage safety, health, and environmental compliance during the refurbishment of Durban Substation, including PrCHSA, PrCHSO, and EAP roles.
Requirements to bid
What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Familiarity with SPK 7/1 (Specification for Works on, Over, Under or Adjacent to Railway Lines and near High Voltage Equipment)
- • Knowledge of OHS Act 85 of 1993, Construction Regulations 2014, NEMA 107 of 1998 and Regulations, Heritage Act 25 of 1999
- • Knowledge of SANS 3000 (railway safety standards)
- • Knowledge of Electrical Safety Instruction procedures
- • Ability to manage High Voltage and Lock-out Procedures
- • Experience with railway construction site management
