MMSEZ invites tenders for complete electrical/electronics engineering professional services for ICT infrastructure development at MMSEZ North Site Phase 1I, requiring registered professional engineers/technologists with minimum 51% ownership, current professional registration, and proven project experience of R5M+ per project.

- • Minimum 51% ownership and control by registered professionals (in shareholding and voting power)
- • For multidisciplinary practices: compliance with relevant professional Council's Code of Professional Conduct percentages
- • Copies of current professional registration certificates with registration numbers for all registered principals
- • If consortium/JV: documentation for all service providers
- • At least one registered professional engineer listed as Key Person (Clause 7.1.2 Contract Data)
- • All Returnable Documents as listed in T2
- • Functionality assessment documentation per Stage 3 criteria
- • Preference Points Claim Form per Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022
- • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- • VAT Registration Certificate from SARS
- • Company/CC/Trust/Partnership registration certificates
- • Entity/JV Partners company profiles
- • Form SBD1 (Invitation to Bid)
- • Form MMSEZ-05 (Bidder's Disclosure)
- • Form MMSEZ-04 (Tender Clarification Meeting Certificate)
- • Form MMSEZ-02 (Particulars of Tenderer's Projects)
- • Completed Pricing Schedule (Form C2.2.2 or C2.2.3)
- • Form C1.1 (Form of Offer)
- • Completed Contract Data
- • Board Resolution for signatory authority (Form MMSEZ-06)
- • For JV/Consortium: Board Resolutions (Forms MMSEZ-07/08), JV/Consortium Agreement, Power of Attorney, establishment document signed by all parties
- • Minimum functionality score of 70 points required to proceed to Price and Preference evaluation
- • Minimum one completed project with Letter of Appointment/PO for professional services (R5M+ incl VAT) with signed Reference Letter from client
