SANParks invites tenders for Electrical Engineering Services across 5 regions for 3 years; requires ECSA-registered engineer and technologist per region, minimum 70% functionality score, B-BBEE documentation, tax compliance PIN or CSD number, and acceptance of travel allowance caps.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Registered per Companies Act 2008 or Close Corporations Act 1984 or valid partnership agreement
- • Minimum 70% functionality score (70/100 points)
- • ECSA-registered Professional Engineer in each region bid submitted for
- • ECSA-registered Engineering Technologist in each region bid submitted for
- • Portfolio of relevant electrical engineering projects (HV cabling, LV cabling, transformers, generators, solar power, hybrid systems, lighting) with project values R1-R30 million
- • Green technology and energy efficiency design experience documentation
- • Separate tender submission for each SANParks region
- • Acceptance of maximum travel allowances per region (Kruger 300km/3hrs, Cape & Garden Route 500km/5hrs, Frontier 500km/5hrs, Northern 400km/4hrs, Arid 450km/4hrs)
- • B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit from DTIC or SANAS (for JVs only SANAS acceptable)
- • Cost of Works fee proposal on fictitious project with detailed calculations and discount offered
- • Staffed office in each region applied for
- • Maximum 30% discount allowed on professional fees
